Katzsohlteich

The Katzsohlteich in the resin is a storage pond at Katzsohlbach near Günter mountains in the district of Harz, in Saxony- Anhalt. It is used as receiving waters and fishing grounds.

Geographical location

The Katzsohlteich is located in the Lower Harz Harz nature park / Saxony- Anhalt. It lies about 1 km southwest of the hamlet of Harzgerode Guentersberge between the Little Bull Mountain ( 485.8 m above sea level. NN ), a Northeast foothills of the Easter head ( 505.9 m above sea level. NN ), the west and the Kahlenberg ( 486.2 m above sea level. NN ) in the east to about 420 m above sea level. NN.
