Kaynasli is a town and a district of the Turkish province of Düzce. The village is located about 15 kilometers southeast of the provincial capital of Düzce.

The district is located in the southeast of the province. It is bordered to the west by the central district, in the northeast on Yığılca and on the south by the province of Bolu. The city and county crosses from west to east, the highway D-100, which leads coming from Edirne via Istanbul to Erzurum to the Iranian border. Parallel to it a little further north the European Route 80, which takes a similar course. In the east, both cross the mountain Bolu Dagi, the D- 100 over the 945 meter high ball Boludağı Geçidi with numerous viaducts.
