Kazimierz Materski

Kazimierz Ładysław Materski ( born September 23, 1906 in Warsaw, † February 3, 1971 ) was a Polish ice hockey and soccer players.

Career

Kazimierz Materski first played football for hurricane Warsaw, KP Legia Warsaw (1925-1928) and KS Varsovia ( 1929-1934 ). For KP Legia Warsaw midfielder came just three missions while he scored 12 goals in 73 games for KS Varsovia.

In hockey he played for Legia Warsaw Hockey Department, with whom he won the 1933 Polish Champion title. From 1936 to 1939 he ran for city neighbors AZS Warsaw. He fought in the Polish campaign in September 1939 and returned only in 1947 a prisoner of war returned to Poland.

Internationally

For the Polish national ice hockey team Materski participated in the 1932 Olympics in Lake Placid as well as the World Championships in 1931 and 1933 in part. Between 1931 and 1936 he completed 28 caps for Poland, in which he scored a goal.
