Keegan Allen

Keegan Phillip F. Allen ( born July 22, 1989 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor. He gained increasing notoriety for his role of Toby Cavanaugh in the U.S. TV series Pretty Little Liars, in which he is to be seen since the start of the 2010 series in a leading role.

Life and career
