The Kelbke is a 7.5 km long, orographic left tributary of the Ruhr in North Rhine-Westphalia Hochsauerlandkreis, Germany.

Geography

The river rises in Oesterberge on the eastern flank of the Mark height at an altitude of 488 m above sea level. NN. Mostly north -flowing reaches of the river Calle. Here the right side opens the 6.8 km-long Stoke Brook and the left side of the 4.9 km long Wall Erbach. A short time later the brook flows on south-east of Wennemen to 241 m above sea level. NN in the Ruhr.

The creek overcomes on his 7.5km route an altitude difference of 247 m, corresponding to an average bed slope of 32.9 ‰. It drains a 24.089 km ² large catchment area over the Ruhr and Rhine to the North Sea.
