Kendlerstraße (Vienna U-Bahn)

The station Kendlerstraße the Vienna U -Bahn line U3 is in the 16th district of Vienna Ottakring. It is named after named after the castle Breitenseer owner Karl Edler von Kendler Kendlerstraße. The opening took place with the fourth section of the U3 on 5 December 1998, bringing the western branch of this line is considered complete.

The station extends parallel to the route of the suburban line S45, besides the actual Kendlerstraße between the victim and the man lane Quarry Road. The station Kendlerstraße is one of the least frequented in Vienna due to the network compared to the previous stations relatively sparse population in the area.
