Kenichi Sonoda

Kenichi Sonoda (Japanese园田 健 一, Sonoda Ken'ichi, born December 13, 1962 in Takaishi, Osaka Prefecture) is a Japanese manga artist, who also designed the character design for several anime.

Works

The first anime cooperated with the Sonoda, sporting history Wanna Bees, sold poorly on the video market. With the OVA Gall Force incurred in the same year, he, however, the breakthrough to a character designer. The published from 1987 Bubblegum Crisis eventually became an international success and made Sonoda known about beyond Japan. Riding Bean was the first fully designed by Sonoda anime.

Kenichi Sonoda drew addition to his work many dōjinshi and created the character design of many computer games.
