Kenji Uematsu

Kenji Uematsu Treviño ( born October 28, 1976 in Santurtzi ) is a Spanish judoka.

His first international success came Uematsu 1995 by winning the European Junior Championship. The following year he was able to defend that title and was also in Porto Junior World Champion.

In the senior he struggled at various tournaments A and super A - tournaments in the world's best. In 2003, he was injured during the European Championship in Dusseldorf at the back.

After his convalescence he won the 2004 A- Tournament in Minsk and traveled as a medal hopeful for the Olympic Summer Games in Athens, where he eventually finished in 5th place.
