Khalid bin Saqr Al Qasimi

Sheikh Khalid bin Saqr al Qasimi (also:. Sheikh Khalid bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Arabic خالد بن صقر القاسمي, DMG Halid b Saqr al Qasimi ) is the former Crown Prince of the Emirate of Ras al -Khaimah, one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates.

The oldest son of Sheikh Saqr bin Muhammad al- Qasimi, who ruled the country from 1948 until his death in 2010, was appointed in 1958 to the Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler. In 1999 he took over the management of public affairs, Sheikh Saqr when retired for health reasons from the daily business. 2003 in its place the fourth oldest son of Sheikh Saqr, Sheikh Sa'ud ibn Saqr al Qasimi, Crown Prince appointed and led since then the state affairs of the emirate.
