Khalid ibn Sa`id

Khalid ibn Sa ʿ īd (Arabic: خالد بن سعيد, DMG Halid ibn Sa ʿ īd; † 635 ) was one of the earliest followers of the Prophet Mohammed, who played an important role, particularly during the succession dispute after Muhammad's death. In Ibn Hisham Ibn Ishaq's biography of the Prophet of processing it is ranked in 36th place of the early Muslims, others consider him one of the first six Muslims.

Khalid was the son of Sa ʿ ibn al- ʿ īd AS, one of the most respected and wealthiest representatives of the Umayyad clan in pre-Islamic Mecca.
