Khangsar

Khangshar a village in Nepal is in the Manang district. It lies at an altitude of 3734 m in the Manang valley in the north of the Annapurna Himal between Manang and the Tilichosee.

The bare houses are built in Tibetan style with flat roofs, as by the location in the rain shadow of the high mountains of the Annapurna is hardly rain. You almost always have stables on the ground floor and the living rooms are located above have been wrapped up a steep tree stake, in the stairs, accessible. On the roofs of the crop is dried and stored firewood or hay.

Pull As with most high villages in Nepal, many families in November in the warmer Kathmandu or Pokhara. End of January to March, they then return again.
