The Kimscha (Russian Кимжа ) is a left tributary of the mesas in the Arkhangelsk Oblast in northwestern Russia.

It originates at the confluence of the two source rivers Wiska and Werwei. The Kimscha flows in a northerly direction and in this case has many meanders. It runs while the mesas west and east of the Kuloi Creek Nemnjuga. A few miles above the mouth of the mesas is the eponymous village Kimscha. Otherwise, the area is uninhabited. The mouth of the Kimscha is opposite the Pjosa.

The 158 km long river drains an area of 1490 km ². It is mainly fed by snowmelt. The most important tributary is the Tjafsora from the right.
