The Kitoi (Russian Китой; Buryat Хути. ) Is a left tributary of the Angara River in the Republic of Buryatia and the Irkutsk Oblast in southern Siberia.

The Kitoi has its origin in Sayan. It is produced there by the confluence of the two rivers about 20 km long and Samarta Urda - Ulsyta. The Kitoi flows through the mountains to the east and ends after 316 km at Angarsk in the Angara. The river drains an area of 9190 km ² and has an average discharge of about 118 m³ / s at the mouth on. Maximum outflows of 2340 m³ / s have been measured at the mouth. Between the second half of October and the end of April, the river is frozen. At river kilometer 78 of the largest tributary of the Kitoi, the Toisuk, coming from the right opens.
