Kiwayu (also Kiwaihu ) is an island of the Lamu Archipelago in Kenya. It is located about 10 km north of Pate Iceland. In the center of the island is a conical hill, with an elevation of 47 meters.

The inhabitants of the island live off fishing and tourism.
