Kjell Rasmussen

Kjell Rasmussen ( born October 5, 1927 in Trondheim ) is a Norwegian diplomat.

Rasmussen acquired the academic degree of magister artium ( mag. art. ). Since 1956 he worked for the Norwegian Foreign Ministry, including from 1978 to 1981 as chief of protocol. From 1981 to 1986 he served as the Norwegian ambassador to Greece, then from 1989 to 1994 in Finland.
