The Košarkaški club Vršac ( 1992-2012 KK Hemofarm ) is a Serbian basketball club from Vršac. Was founded the club in 1946 and currently plays in the Adriatic Basketball Association (ABA league) and in the first Serbian basketball league.

History

The basketball club from Vršac was founded in 1946 under the name Jedinstvo. He is one of the oldest clubs in the region. In response to a title sponsor changed the professional men's team. Their most successful period had 1992-2012 with the title sponsor of Hemofarm (later as the majority shareholder with Stada Arzneimittel ), with which one ascended for the first time in the top flight YUBA of Serbia and Montenegro in 1997. Later they reached the final in European club competition Korać Cup 2000/ 01. A title win came with the victory in the ABA league in the season 2004/05. Three years later, they reached, here is the final, which was lost against the Serbian champions Partizan series.
