Klinik am Alex

Clinic at Alex was the title of a TV series of the transmitter Sat.1. The series dealt with the medical staff of a hospital at Berlin Alexanderplatz. The series was produced by teamWorx in the former building of the lung Heckeshorn in Berlin- Wannsee. As facade of the clinic, the International Trade Centre ( IHC ) was used in the Friedrichstrasse.

Because the ratings were below the transmitter section of Sat.1, the program was set sequence with five on February 26, 2009. The series will be re- broadcast on a still unknown, different time slot sequence with one. The series returned on March 10, 2012 starting sequence with one of the program Sat.1 back. However, the series reached only 1.11 million viewers, representing a market share of 4.4%. From the sixth episode, the episodes were aired Sundays at 7:00 clock as German premiere. From the twelfth episode broadcast the remaining episodes was then performed on the pay- TV channels Sat.1 emotions.

The first five episodes were aired from 29 January until 26 February 2009 and since 22 April 2012, the remaining episodes will be broadcast on Sundays at 7.00 clock.
