Knowledge Musona

Knowledge Musona ( born June 21, 1990 in Norton ) is a Zimbabwean football player.

Career

Association

Through his brother, who had kicked in Zimbabwe in the second division he came up with 16 years in a team and a year later he came into the Aces Youth Soccer Academy. He was still playing in the youth at Haka United. He moved in July 2009 to the Kaizer Chiefs and there wrote a three -year contract. In the 2009/10 season, he came on as a substitute predominantly used, nevertheless completed 21 league games in which he scored five goals Joker. In July 2010, he was voted the best newcomer in the Premier Soccer League. The 2010/11 season helped Musona breakthrough. In 28 games he scored 15 goals and was top scorer in the Premier Soccer League. Through his good goalscoring he made some European teams, such as Celtic FC, FK Partizan Belgrade and the Bundesliga club TSG 1899 Hoffenheim attention.

Musona signed in July 2011 a five -year contract with TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. His Bundesliga debut, he completed on 17 September (6th Round ) in the 3-1 home win over VfL Wolfsburg, where he came on in the 63rd minute for Chinedu Obasi.

For the 2012/13 season Musona was awarded to FC Augsburg. After 14 league operations without scoring for Augsburg, he was further awarded for the 2013/14 season to South Africa at the Kaizer Chiefs.

National

On 3 March 2010, he completed his first against South Africa 'A' game ( 0:3). Seven months later he scored his first international goal in the context of qualifying for the African Cup in 2012 against Liberia. On 5 June 2011, he decided the game against Mali with his two goals alone (2:1).
