The Koç Üniversitesi is a private university in Istanbul, Turkey. It was founded by the Vehbi - Koç Foundation in 1993. The study is based on the American version of the Bachelor / Master system. The Bachelor courses are four semester usually eight semesters and the Master's programs. The official academic language is English.
For the Financial Times, the Koç Üniversitesi is one of the top 100 business schools in Europe. In a ranking, the University landed on the 73rd place. The EMBA degree program achieved the 29th place.
