The Kokschenga (Russian Кокшеньга, Кокшенга ) is a left tributary of the Ustja in the Arkhangelsk Oblast and Vologda Oblast in northwestern Russia.

The Kokschenga arises at the confluence of Ilesa and Kortjuga. They first flowing south, then south-westerly direction through the Vologda Oblast. However, it argues later to the northeast and flows into the Arkhangelsk Oblast, where it meets the Ustja after 251 km. The Kokschenga has a catchment area of ​​5670 km ².
