Komercijalna banka

Komercijalna banka A.D., Beograd is a Serbian bank headquartered in Belgrade. It is listed on the Belgrade Stock Exchange in BELEX15 index.

She has a network of over 251 branches throughout Serbia. She is also the founder and 100% owner of Komercijalna banka Budva, which is active in Montenegro. The Bank also operates in Bosnia and Herzegovina through its local subsidiary Komercijalna banka Banja Luka, which was founded in 2006.

The two largest shareholders of the Bank, the Government of Serbia with 42.6 % and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development with 25%.
