Konstantin Makarov (ice hockey)

Konstantin Leonidovich Makarov (Russian Константин Леонидович Макаров; born September 17, 1985 in Ufa, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is under contract with HK Saryarka Karaganda in the Wysschaja Hockey League since July 2013.

Career

Konstantin Makarov began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior department of Salavat Yulaev Ufa He then moved to HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk, for the first team, he was active in the Russian Super League from 2003 to 2005. Internationally

For Russia, Makarov took part in the U18 World Youth Championship 2003, where he won the bronze medal with his team. For this success he contributed two goals in six games.
