Kor Risik DiRaja

The Cor Dare DiRaja (Eng. "Royal News Service Corps ") is the intelligence unit of the Malaysian Army. It was founded on November 7, 1969 as Cor Dare by Major General Mohammad Osman Jewa, the then commander of the army. Its roots go back to 1953. On 7 June 1997, the unit of the title DiRaja (Eng. "Royal " ) was awarded.

Current commander of the unit is Colonel Ismail Petra. The motto is Pintar dan Cergas (Eng. " cunning and efficient "). The service has six departments. His training center is in Sungai Buloh in Selangor State. A new center is being built in Mentakab in Pahang.
