Korongo Airlines

Korongo Airlines is a Congolese airline based in Kinshasa and Lubumbashi base on the airport.

History

Korongo Airlines was launched in 2009 after previously a similar project under the name airDC had been abandoned. It belongs to 35.7 % of the Brussels Airlines and Lufthansa subsidiary Congolese investors, including George Forrest International, and eventually took on April 16, 2012, flight operations.

Destinations

Korongo Airlines flies from Lubumbashi to Kinshasa from domestic and Mbuji -Mayi and to Johannesburg in South Africa. In Kinshasa, there are connections to the long-haul flights of the parent company Brussels Airlines to Brussels.
