Kouign amann

Kouign - Hamann [ kwinja'mɑn, ː ] is a cake, a local specialty from Brittany, where it is offered in many bakeries / pastry shops.

It is a kind of multi-layered crepe, which consists of alternating layers of brioche dough, butter and sugar.
