Kristianstads Vattenrike Biosphere Reserve

Kristianstad Vattenrike is a protected wetland under the Ramsar Convention in the southern Swedish town of Kristianstad and since 2005 a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.

The conservation area starts immediately to the south Kristanstads Ostschonen in the lower reaches of Helge å when Hammarsjön and extends to the Hanöbukten with the city Aahus.
