Kurseong ( Rong: खरसाङ, Kharsang - " Land of the White Orchids"; Bengali: কার্শিয়াং, Kārśiẏāṃ, Karshiyang; Karsiyang also ) is a town in the district of Darjeeling in the Indian state of West Bengal with 80 377 inhabitants ( 2001) at an altitude of 1458 m.

The site covers an area of 5.05 km ² and is about 30 km from Darjeeling and 47 km from Siliguri. Kurseong is connected by the narrow-gauge Darjeeling Himalayan Railway to the rail network.
