KutluÄŸ Ataman
Kutluğ Ataman ( born 1961 ) is a Turkish filmmaker and artist.
The London Ataman studied film studies at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA ) and at the Sorbonne in Paris. His films and installations performed at several biennials Istanbul (1997 ), Venice ( 1999), Berlin (2000) and exhibited in 2002 at Documenta 11 in Kassel. His film Lola and Bilidikid, a German production, was honored at the Berlinale 1999. In 2004 he was nominated for the Turner Prize.
