Kızılay is a neighborhood in the center of Ankara, which is known for its commercial and shopping centers. It is named after the hospital of the Turkish Red Crescent ( Kızılay Derneği ), which is located in this district. The center is the Kızılay Meydanı ( Kızılay Square ).
