Lake Clark (Alaska)

The Lake Clark is a narrow, elongated lake in the southwest of the U.S. state of Alaska on the west flank of the Aleutian Island chain. In the northeastern end of the Tlikakila River flows. Due to the drain, the Newhalen River, the lake with the Iliamna Lake is connected. He is about 64 km long and 8 km wide, with an area of 370 km ², the sixth largest lake in Alaska. He is up to 322 m deep. The water of Lake Clark is cloudy due to suspended solids of the glacier water.
