Lambda Herculis

λ Herculis ( Lambda Herculis, λ briefly Her) is a star with an apparent visual brightness of 4.4 mag. He is nearly 400 light years away and located in the constellation Hercules.

The star bears the historical proper names Maasym that of Arab معصم (DMG mi ʿ SAM), wrist ', is derived.
