Lars Dahlqvist

Lars Gösta Dahlqvist ( born October 26, 1935 in Njurunda, † November 10, 1969 ) was a Swedish Nordic skier.

Dahlqvist, who started for the club of his hometown Njurunda IK, 1959 won its first Swedish championship title in the combination. A year later he was able to defend that title successfully. At the Olympic Winter Games in 1960 in Squaw Valley, he started in the combination. After jumping he was on the 20th place, but could by a good mileage at the end still reach eighth place overall. 1962 and 1963 he again won the Swedish championship title. He also won 1960-1962 three times in a row the Swedish team title.
