Lasów

The place Lasów ( German Lissa ) is a part of the urban and rural community Pieńsk (formerly Penzig ) in Zgorzelecki powiat ( county Zgorzelec ) and counted in February 2010, 517 inhabitants. Through the town flows the boiler stream, which flows west of the town in the Lusatian Neisse.

History

1488 Lisse was first mentioned. 1500 then dipped in the chronicles on the name Lissa. Likewise, a descendant of Martin Luther is mentioned in the chronicles, the to 1737 worked as a pastor here.
