László Német

László Német SVD ( born September 7, 1956 in Odžaci, Vojvodina, Yugoslavia) is Bishop of Zrenjanin.

Life

László Német joined the Congregation of the Divine Word Missionaries in, put the profession on September 8, 1982, received on May 1, 1983, the ordination.

Pope Benedict XVI. appointed him on 23 April 2008 as Bishop of Zrenjanin. He received his episcopal consecration of the Archbishop of Esztergom- Budapest, Cardinal Péter Erdo, on 5 July of the same year; Co-consecrators were Juliusz Janusz, Apostolic Nuncio in Hungary, and László Huzsvár, Bishop Emeritus of Zrenjanin.
