Latta is a Town in Dillon County, South Carolina, United States. In 2000, the city had 1410 inhabitants. The city is the birthplace of soul singer Chuck Jackson and the opera composer Carlisle Floyd. It is also the home of the athletes Raymond Felton and Kevin Sox.
