Lattanzio Gambara

Lattanzio Gambara (* 1530 in Brescia, † March 18, 1574 ) was an Italian painter and draftsman of the Renaissance. As the son of a tailor born, he went at Giulio Campi in the doctrine of the 15 -year-old took him in Cremona. From 1549 he worked in Brescia with his later father Girolamo Romanino. He worked primarily as a church painter and fresco painter. 1574 he died from the effects of a fall from a scaffold.
