Le Siècle

Le Siècle was a daily newspaper, published in France from 1 July 1836 to 28 June 1932.

Le Siècle was a newspaper that supported the constitutional monarchy, founded. After the end of the July Monarchy in 1848, however, the editorial position changed to republicanism. Le Siècle was against the rise of Napoleon III. adjusted. The importance of the newspaper disappeared during the French Third Republic, until the show was canceled due to low readership in 1932.

At its peak in 1860, the newspaper had a circulation of over 52,000.
