Lee Carsley

Kevin Lee Carsley ( born February 28, 1974 in Birmingham ) is a former Irish footballer who was active last for Coventry City in the Football League Championship and was named after his career end coach of the U-18 team.

Career

The English-born Irishman began in 1992 his career at Derby County. In 1999, Carsley to Blackburn Rovers. In 2000 it went on to Coventry City, before the defensive midfielder moved to Everton earlier in the season 2002/2003. From the beginning of the 2008/09 season played Carsley for Birmingham City. In 2010 he moved again to Coventry City, where he ended his active career in 2011.

Carsley was from 1997 to 2006 Irish national team and completed 39 international matches.
