Leif Davidsen

Leif Davidsen ( born July 25, 1950 in Otterup, community Nordfyn ) is a Danish writer.

He writes detective novels and political thriller, which have the Balkan conflict, and the disintegration of Russia and its consequences on the subject in many cases. He worked as a news editor on Danish television and was from 1984 to 1988 a correspondent in Moscow. Davidsen lives in Copenhagen.

In 1989 he received the Palle Rosenkrantz Prize for the russiske sangerinde and 1992 De gyldne Laurbær the Danish book trade for the sidste spy.
