Leili Pärnpuu

Leili Pärnpuu ( the World Chess Federation FIDE Leili Piarnpuu; born January 31, 1950 in Haapsalu ) is an Estonian chess player. She wears since 1990 the title of International Master of women ( WIM).

Life

Professional Leili Pärnpuu worked until 1999 as a leading specialist in the analysis department of the Border Police of the North Prefecture.

Achievements

The woman single championship of the Estonian Soviet Socialist Republic they could win five times: 1975 in Pärnu, 1979 in Tartu, 1980 in Tallinn, Tartu in 1986 and 1990.

With the Estonian women's team took 1994-2010 to nine chess Olympiads with a positive total score of 46.5 points out of 84 games, which she received on the second board in 2002 in Bled an individual silver medal for their results by 9.5 points from 13 games.
