Lemon & Paeroa

Lemon & Paeroa, or shortly L & P, is a carbonated soft drink that is produced and distributed exclusively in New Zealand. The taste of the colorless drink is slightly sweet. The preparation is carried out according to a traditional recipe with lemon juice and mineral water from Paeroa.

Since 2005 there is also Sweet As L & P, a variant with an artificial sweetener.

Meanwhile, the product is manufactured by Australian company Coca -Cola Amatil. This and other products of the Coca -Cola company for New Zealand are bottled in Auckland district of Mount Wellington.

The slogan " World famous in New Zealand" ( German: " World Famous in New Zealand " ) is advertised with the L & P since the 1990s, has become a dictum in New Zealand.
