Lennox is an unincorporated town ( unincorporated city) in Los Angeles County, California in the United States. Lennox is just east of Los Angeles International Airport and with its neighboring cities of Inglewood ( north and east ) and Hawthorne grown together ( in the south) to a uniform settlement area. The city area is 2.8 km ². The population of about 23,900 inhabitants ( 2004) consists mainly of citizens of Latin American origin ( Hispanics ). The state administration tasks are performed directly from the Los Angeles County ( County ).
