Leo Burnett Worldwide - or simply Leo Burnett - is a global advertising agency group, which was founded in 1935 by the lyricist Leo Burnett in Chicago. It serves eight of the ten best-selling 'Consumer Brands' ( brands in FMCG) and applies with 10,000 employees in 98 offices in 84 countries as one of the 20 largest advertising agency groups in the world. The Agency has invented the Marlboromann et al.

German branch

The Frankfurt advertising agency Leo Burnett has existed since 1969 in Germany. In 1980 it merged with Luerzer, Conrad. The Agency has worked in traditional advertising, as well as in the field of digital communication, design and shopper marketing. Customers include Philip Morris, Procter & Gamble, Fiat, Kellogg and Goodyear.

The group also includes the agencies Leo Burnett / runners, Ignition Groupe GmbH and Avenue Advertising GmbH. Leo Burnett Germany is part of the worldwide Leo Burnett network.

The management of the German branch consists of Andrea Albrecht ( Managing Director ), Andreas Pauli (Chief Creative Officer ) and Norbert Knapp ( Chief Financial Officer ), based in Frankfurt- Ostend, Ferdinand -Happ - Straße 53 ( 2013).

Publicis group

In 2002, Leo Burnett part of the Publicis group, with 37,000 employees in 109 countries, global French advertising agency holding company. For the exchange- oriented on the NYSE as well as Euro Next business also includes the advertising agency Publicis Group and Saatchi & Saatchi. The company is led from Paris by Maurice Lévy.
