Leopold Eustachius Czapek

Leopold Eustache Czapek (* end of the 18th century in Bohemia; † 19th century) was an Austrian composer.

Czapek, the exact survival data are unknown, worked as a piano teacher and composer in Vienna. Among the more than 60 traditional works to find piano music, chamber music and vocal works. He also wrote a variation on a waltz by Anton Diabelli. This was in 1819 stimulated a total of 50 contemporary composers, each a variation of its own waltz and the sequence of variations published in 1824 ( Ludwig van Beethoven processed the issue in his Diabelli Variations Op 120).
