Baldwin, the holiday horror, also known as the shower head with the sauce legs ( original title: Les Grandes vacances ) is a French-Italian comedy film directed by Jean Girault in the year 1967.
Action
Baldwin Bosquier passes in France, a private school. His son Philippe gets a bad grade in English, after which it is sent for the duration of the holiday to the UK. There he is to be housed in the home of Scotch whiskey producers MacFarrell. Philippe makes for himself but his friend Stephane Michonnet to step in, he burns with Shirley MacFarrell by.
Bosquier senior is being called by MacFarrell when his alleged son is sick. Bosquier flying to the UK, learns of the deception and has Michonnet at the time being continue to play Philippe.
Baldwin is now pursuing the pair on his journey through Europe. His small plane lands on the roof of the bus, with the drive Philippe and Shirley to a wedding date. At the end Philippe marries the girl while his father enhanced to take care of his younger son.

The film was shot, among others, in two French studios in Versailles and in Le Havre.
The film was launched on October 11, 1968 in West German cinemas.
Reviews
The magazine wrote TV directly, Louis de Funès was " laughable as always in the best sense ." For the lexicon of international film Baldwin was the Holiday Nightmare " [ u] nterhaltsamer slapstick ".
The Evangelical movie watchers said: " Turbulent French-Italian best-selling color film grotesque to star comedian Louis de Funès. Unfortunately, not everything is equally well done: much seems extremely silly, one-sided focus on amorous tune and the wooden Scottish partner of the mercurial little clowns is for this absolutely no opponent. "
