Les Halles (Paris Métro)

Les Halles is an underground station of Line 4 of the Paris Métro. It is located in the 1st arrondissement at the Forum des Halles. There is transit traffic to the RER lines A, B and D at the underground station Châtelet linked - Les Halles, the main hub in the Paris Metro network. With about 35,000 passengers a day was the station in 2004 one of the twenty busiest metro stations.

The station was taken on April 27, 1908 in operation, as the first section of the line was opened 4 of the Porte de Clignancourt to Châtelet. 1977, the metro station was moved to the east in order to achieve a better accessibility to the RER station can. The new station went on 9 December 1977 in operation.
