Les Pléiades

Les Pleiades (left) Montreux

The scenic mountain Les Pleiades is located on 1,360 m above sea level. M. in the north of Blonay in Switzerland. It can be reached by cogwheel railway Transports Montreux- Vevey- Riviera, which travels from Vevey to Les Pleiades over Blonay.

The view stretches across the southern Lake Geneva, the Rhone Valley between Rochers de Naye and Dent du Midi to the snow -covered ice giants of Mont Blanc.

Les Pleiades are famous for their wild poet daffodils in May. The bog below Les Pleiades, between Prantin Lally and is being supervised by the University of Lausanne.
