History

In the early 1980s, the fall of the disco sounds began, and several songs of the dance direction gained popularity.

Let the Music Play is one of the first dance songs and classics of Boogie in the emerging Breakdance and Electric scene. As a drum machine Roland TR -808 was used. The concise synth " wobble " bass comes from the Roland TB- 303. Furthermore, even the Roland JX -3P producer Chris Barbosa was used.

The publication took place in October 1983.

Music Video

In the music video Shannon was accompanied in a theater building of some background dancers.
