Ordinary Alpenmargerite ( Leucanthemopsis alpina)

The Alps usury Flowers ( Leucanthemopsis ) are a genus of flowering plants in the sunflower family ( Asteraceae).

Description

There are always perennial herbaceous plants that usually remain low; rarely do they reach stature heights of over 20 cm. You are bald or hairy. The leaves are simple to pinnately lobed.

The bloom conditions contain white or yellow, female ray florets and yellow disc florets hermaphroditic. The fruits are achenes.

Types and distribution

The areas range from Europe to western Asia and North Africa. They are found mainly in the mountains of Europe, from the Carpathians to southern Spain. The center of diversity is the Iberian Peninsula.

There are about eight species in the genus Alps usury Flowers ( Leucanthemopsis ):
