Lian Qian

Lian Qian ( born February 19, 1983 in China ) is a Chinese born table tennis player, occurring since 2004 internationally for the Dominican Republic. In 2008 she took part in the Olympic Games.

Several gold medals won Lian Qian at the Latin - American Championships, around 2005 in singles and mixed doubles ( with Lin Ju ) and in 2008 in a double with Wu Xue and with the team. In addition silver in 2008 in singles and mixed with Juan Antonio Vila Batista.

2006 and 2006 she participated in the World Cup, without coming in the near medal ranks. In 2008 she qualified for the first time to participate in the Olympic Games. She sat down in the first round against Victorine Agum Fomum from Cameroon. Then she dropped in the main round against the Thai Nanthana Komwong. With the team they came in at number 13
